I called Over the Top, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and set an appointment to install a new opener. At the install, they were efficient, and thoroughly explained all they were doing. They actually wanted us to be happy with the garage door we chose and explained everything in great detail about the different options and types of doors.
